The core function of a member of the Chamber Board of Directors is to participate with the other Directors in the planning and controlling of the affairs of the Chamber, guided by the Articles of Incorporation, the bylaws and the policies, so that it effectively moves toward achieving the objectives of the organization.
Directors must be Members in good standing and are elected at the Chamber's Annual General Meeting. Directors may serve two years.
